I use a integrative and holistic approach of Evidence-based techniques including CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Breathing, and Expressive Tools are used to help you develop coping skills, increase awareness, begin healing from past trauma, build resilience, and foster self-acceptance and confidence.
